The Voided Invoice Line Items dashboard gives you full visibility into invoice adjustments by surfacing detailed information about voided line items. For each void, you can see which user performed the action, when it occurred, and the product label associated with the line item. This level of transparency ensures that you never have to question which invoice items were voided or why changes were made. This insight allows you to address process gaps, improve training, and strengthen oversight of financial workflows.
To customize your view, the dashboard includes flexible filtering options. Use the Voided At Start Date to set the earliest date and time for voided line items you want to include, and the Voided At End Date to set the latest point in time. You can apply either filter individually or use both together to precisely define your reporting window. This makes it easy to isolate voids within a specific period—whether you’re investigating a recent issue, reviewing adjustments for a given month, or analyzing long-term patterns.
