We have made it very easy for you to copy vitals as either a table or a list directly from Instinct.
There are 4 formats (which can copy as a list or a table):
Intake Vitals: First weight/TPR
SOAP Vitals: Most recent 5 weight/TPR/ins/outs
Latest Vitals: The most recent vitals recorded
All Vitals: All vitals for this visit
💡 ProTip: You can also copy these right from the Status Board. To do this, click the 3-dot patient menu to the left of any patient and find Copy Vitals.
