Bulk Price Increase | What You Need to Know

Our Support Team has a super simple process to help you with updating product prices in bulk.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Submission Options

We’re happy to work with whatever makes sense for you. Here are some of the common methods our customers prefer:

  • You can submit your own spreadsheet with product labels, IDs, and prices

  • We can provide you with an export from Instinct with all current pricing along with blank columns for you to input new pricing, where you’d like or where you tell us

  • You can submit a written request and we will prepare a comparison spreadsheet for you to review

  • If you have something else in mind, just let us know!

Process

Accuracy is most important to us as we take this task very seriously. We will have you review and approve our work before and after.

  1. We will work together to implement your desired price changes on a shared worksheet

  2. You will review and approve our final data sheet prior to upload

  3. Immediately after uploading, we will export the new pricing and create a comparison sheet for you to review

  4. We ask that you approve the changes within 24-48 hours so we can address any issues promptly
