Creating Estimate Templates
Estimate Templates are created in the Admin > Estimates. It’s useful for storing pre-made estimates for common emergencies and procedures, where you may want to provide an estimate template to help your team provide accurate estimates.
The permission admin_estimates is needed to manage Estimate Templates.
Select New Template
Add existing Products or Groups within the Template screen
Customize default Freq, Qty, and Low/High values
Include any Exam or Hospitalization charges in the template so they aren’t missed
Indicating a default Duration Low/High helps to provide a financial range on your Estimate
Template changes will automatically save
If you were previously using Product Groups to build estimates, you can easily locate that existing Product Group to convert it to the new Estimate Template format.
You can also insert an existing Estimate Template within a new Template.
💡 ProTip: The Amt Low can be greater than the Amt High on an Estimate to help you provide a full range of care options and discounts.

Estimate Footer
The Estimate Footer allows you to display your policies, terms and conditions, and provide a signature line for hospitals that prefer a physical signature approval from the client.
The footer text will remain editable to allow for custom text to be added.
