Updated over 2 weeks ago

Purpose

Follow the course of a prescription from when it was first ordered through all revisions, including updates to drug quantity prescribed, number of times the prescription has been filled, and changes in prescription status (active/discontinued/voided/draft).

Questions the Dashboard Can Answer

  • For a single Rx #, what changes were made to that prescription and ability to filter to a particular timeframe

  • For a particular account, what changes were made to any prescriptions for an associated patient, and ability to filter to a particular timeframe

  • For a particular patient, what changes were made to any prescriptions for them, and ability to filter to a particular timeframe

  • For a particular provider, what Rxs did they write that had changes to them, and ability to filter to a particular timeframe

  • For a particular user in Instinct (reviser), what changes did they make to prescriptions, and ability to filter to a particular timeframe

FAQs

  1. This dashboard shows changes made to prescriptions, with one row per change. If a Rx # only has 1 row that appears in the report, this means that the prescription was made but no changes were made.

    • Be sure the Revised At date/date range is not restricting the dashboard from showing changes made outside the selected timeframe, if applicable to your inquiry.

  2. To understand the changes made to a prescription for an Rx # with multiple rows returned in the report, review each column to see where values are different.

  3. Any product ordered/scripted through the Rx panel will display in this dashboard.

  4. Expired active prescriptions will display with expired status in this dashboard, although they display as discontinued in the app.

  5. Only prescriptions that have been manually discontinued in the app will display with discontinued status.

  6. Approval of draft prescriptions will appear as a revision to that prescription.

  7. The default column sort order is first by prescription_id, then by revised_at time (newest first).

Export Data

To export data, hover over the top-right corner of any visualization or table to display a 3-dot menu allowing you to download the results.

You can download visuals as PNG, CSV, XLSX, or JSON files. Tables can be downloaded in CSV, XLSX, or JSON formats.

In addition to the previously mentioned options, you can also export the entirety of the current tab’s contents into a PDF file. This functionality allows for convenient sharing and printing of the data in a widely compatible format.
