Check In/Out Tab

Provides visibility into when and by whom patient check-in/check-out happens, to help rectify human error or better training practices.

  1. Only IP/OP/Boarding Board visits are included on the Check In/Out Tab, not OTW.

  2. Once a patient has been moved from the OTW board to the IP/OP/Boarding board, the person who moves that patient will be recorded as the person checking that patient in.

  3. If the patient was checked in and has not yet been checked out, the Check Out At and Checked Out By fields will be blank.

  4. Names of patients who have been merged into other patients will still display in the list of options for Patient Name, but they will not return any results.

  5. Can filter by the patient’s Status at Check In for check-ins that do not originate as OTW.

  6. Checked In At filter is set to 3 month by default.

On the Way Tab

Provides visibility of Account/Patient counts for OTW visits.

  1. Can filter this dashboard by when the patient was marked as OTW and by whom.

  2. Patients that are checked out after being checked in as OTW (never moved from the OTW board) will be considered a status of Never Checked In.

  3. If the patient was checked out directly from the OTW board: Checked In at, Checked In By, and Status of Check In fields will be blank.

  4. Checked In At filter is set to 3 month by default.

Export Data

To export data, hover over the top-right corner of any visualization or table to display a 3-dot menu allowing you to download the results.

You can download visuals as PNG, CSV, XLSX, or JSON files. Tables can be downloaded in CSV, XLSX, or JSON formats.

In addition to the previously mentioned options, you can also export the entirety of the current tab’s contents into a PDF file. This functionality allows for convenient sharing and printing of the data in a widely compatible format.
