To correct errors and maintain accurate patient records, you can void the Diagnostic Chart document:
Use the 3-dot menu either next to the chart document or within the chart document (bottom right corner) and select Void.
You can also void the report directly within the chart document.
Please Note: Voiding a report in Instinct only removes the attachment from Instinct. It does not cancel the report in Asteris. To cancel a report, you must log into the Asteris Keystone interface and cancel it there.
