Charting Templates
If you have common instructions you add to your charting documents, you can easily add Snippets into the Chart template. If Snippets are inserted into a Chart template, it will automatically appear when this document is created for a patient. This is similar to how Default Order Notes work when ordering treatments on the Treatment Sheet.
