For EMR Only:
If the patient is checked in, you can find the old visits (and treatment sheets) by clicking on the ‘Chart’ button at the top of any patient screen. From here, you can click ‘Go To Visit’ to view that treatment sheet.
If the patient is not checked in, use the ‘Look Up’ button to the left of the screen.
Once you click on the patient name, it will bring you to the Chart screen with a list of all previous visits.
For ITP Only:
If the patient is checked in, you can find the old visits (and treatment sheets) by clicking on the ‘Visit’ button at the top of any patient screen.
From here, you can click ‘Go To Visit’ to view that treatment sheet or click ‘Print Record’ to download as a PDF and print.
If the patient is not checked in, use the ‘Look Up’ button to the left of the screen.
Once you click on the patient name, it will bring you to the Visit screen with a list of all previous visits.
