Previous anesthesia sheets (Ax Sheets) can be easily located within a patient's chart by navigating to the visit that they are associated with. Once the visit is located, go to the visit date and then navigate to Ax Mode at the top of the screen.
Example from an ITP hospital:
Locate the Ax Sheet visit under the Visits tab. Select the 3 dot menu next to the correct visit date and then "Go to Visit".
Once you are on the visit date, select Ax Mode at the top of the screen to navigate to the Ax Sheet for the visit date:
Example from an EMR hospital:
Locate the Ax Sheet visit under the Chart tab. Select the 3 dot menu next to the correct visit date and then "Go to Visit":
Once you are on the visit date, select Ax Mode at the top of the screen to navigate to the Ax Sheet for the visit date:
Printing an Ax Sheet
You can print the Ax Sheet from the Ax Sheet Setup panel:
You can also print by scrolling to the bottom of the Ax Sheet. The print button is on the bottom left side, below Orders & Monitoring:
