Row Actions in the Diagnostics Dashboard

Row Actions

  • Clicking on the patient’s name navigates to the patient’s Chart

  • Clicking on the test’s name opens the patient’s Chart panel

    • If IDEXX results are received, VetConnect opens in another window

    • If Heska results are received, the patient’s Chart panel opens

    • If Antech results are received, the report PDF opens in another window

    • If Asteris results are received, Keystone opens in another window, as well as the report PDF

👁️ Preview – Clicking on Preview opens the patient’s Chart panel.

  • If IDEXX results are received, VetConnect opens in another window

  • If Heska results are received, the patient’s Chart panel opens

  • If Antech results are received, the report PDF opens in another window

  • If Asteris results are received, Keystone opens in another window, as well as the report PDF

📋View Diagnostic Document – Clicking on View Diagnostic Document opens the patient’s Chart panel.

📄 View Comm Log – Clicking on View Comm Log will open the Comm Log panel with the patient pre-selected.

The 3-dot menu next to the diagnostic request allows you to:

  • Mark as Reviewed – available when all of the results have been received to indicate that the results have been reviewed

  • Mark as to Review – results need to be reviewed by a clinician

  • Mark as Complete – results have been reviewed and the owner notified

  • Print Requisition PDF – prints a requisition form for reference lab tests

  • Print Results PDF – prints the diagnostic results

  • Toggle rVet Sharing off/on – enable or disable diagnostic results shared on Shareville

  • Create Task – opens up the Task List panel with the patient pre-selected

📓 Please Note: A future version of this Asteris integration will further integrate with rVet Sharing (Shareville), Comm Log Attachments, and printing patient records. In the meantime, we recommend that you Download Results as a PDF to share with rVets and owners when needed.
