Filters

You can filter your patients in a variety of ways and apply multiple filters to further refine your patient list.

These filters are saved by user and will be remembered each time you log in. To remove a filter, click the ‘filters’ button and choose ‘clear filters’.

  • Tx Status – Filter by if a treatment is due now or if it is overdue

  • Doctor – Filter by a particular doctor(s)

  • Ward – Filter by where patients are

  • Service – Filter by a particular service(s)

  • Workflow – Filter by certain treatments that contain a Workflow Tag

  • Location – If multiple locations, filter by a particular location

Sorting

Sort boards by patient name, triage tag, or check-in time to customize your boards based on workflow preferences. These can be listed as ascending or descending so all patients can be alphabetized when sorting patients, for example.

Sorting by Triage Tags will sort patients based on the color tag attached, with Red being at the top and Pink being at the bottom when sorting by ascending.

Have all new checked-in patients appear at the top of your board by using the In/Out sorting option.
