    • Hovering on the left side of the patient name displays a pin to pin the patient to your My Board

    • The 3-dot menu allows for action items such as moving the patient to another board, utilizing communication tools such as Assign to Me or Triage Tags, printing patient labels, and navigating to various areas of the patient’s record.

    • There are a number of Icons that can display in this section

      • Ready to Admit (gurney) or Ready to discharge (medal)

  • In/Out & Triage Tag column

    • Displays patient’s checked in and checked out date and time

    • Triage Tags can be used to sort patient’s seeing ER by status or they can be used to communicate other things like nurse assignments, code status, financial concerns, etc throughout the hospital.

  • Alerts column

    • Displays alerts related to the patient or visit

    • Patient alerts are bolded and stay with the patient visit after visit

    • Visit alerts are not bolded and pertain to the current visit only

💡ProTip: Not seeing the alert you need? Use the alert: ‘Other-See Notes’. Then free type your alert in the Belongings/Notes’ section.
