The Category list shown in Admin → Inventory→ Categories shows which Categories are available and the order in which they will be displayed on the Tx Sheet.

Assigning a Tx Category to a product
Categories are assigned on a product level, so they appear on the Tx Sheet in organized groupings that make sense to your workflow.
Assign a Tx Category to any product within Admin → Inventory → Products. Select any product to open its setup page, and choose a Category from the Tx Category drop-down menu.
Tip: To further prioritize certain products under each Category, assign a Sort Order within a product's setup page. Lower numbers will populate closer to the Categories' heading on the Tx Sheet.
