Ordering a Product Group on a Treatment Sheet

Learn how to easily create a treatment sheet using product groups!

Product Groups can be used to add multiple treatment orders to the Tx sheet at one time. Simply type the Product Group name in the order window at the top of the treatment sheet and select it from the drop down list.

Once the Product Group is selected, a Group Confirmation window will be displayed with all items that are in that Group. Items that have an orange dot next to them, are items that will be applied to the treatment sheet when you click the Order button. Simply click on the dot to turn it orange or grey depending if you want to apply it to the treatment sheet.

To make adjustments to one of the items in the Group Confirmation, simply click on the items name to open the order information. Click on Order within that order box to save the changes.

To make adjustments to multiple items in the Group Confirmation, select Bulk Edit at the top of the Confirmation Form. You will be able to adjust the Frequency, Start/End Times, or Doctor for all the items in the Group that currently have an orange dot next to them. Once adjustments are selected, click on the Apply button to make the changes.

Once all items have been selected and any adjustments completed, click on the Order button to apply the items to the Tx sheet.
