For some of our ITP connected practices, such as IDEXX Cornerstone practices, the unit price, dispensing fee, and minimum price update in Instinct automatically between 12am – 2am each night.
For ITP unconnected practices or practices with software that don’t provide pricing updates, you can do this on your end in the Product section of the Instinct Admin screen.
Note: Instinct’s flagging algorithm ignores price differences +/- $30 to give you a time buffer to update pricing in Instinct.
