Patient Chart Overview

Learn how to navigate a patient’s Chart

The Charts section is separated into the following tabs: Snapshot, Visits, All Documents, and Analyze.

Snapshot: A quick view of a patient's health history, vaccinations, medications, and more. There are 3 views available - Wellness (default view), Clinical and Follow-Up.

Visits: All patient visit records organized between Non-Visit Documents and by visit date.

All Documents: Patient visit and non-visit documents all in one place and sortable by their creation date.

Analyze: Use the Document Summary feature to generate a structured clinical overview.


Filter and Search Documents

Use the Search Bar or the Filters to find and view specific documents. Voided documents will be hidden by default, but this filter can be cleared if desired by clicking on the X. You can toggle on as many filters as you would like. To clear all filters click on the Clear Filters button.


Printing Patient Labels, Medical Record, and Sending Shareville Link

Quickly print a patient label, medical record, or resend the Shareville link to the rdvm by utilizing the icons in the upper right corner.

  • Bird Icon

    Use to resend the Shareville link to an rHospital.

    The Bird (Shareville) icon is located in the right side of the tool bar within a patient Chart

rHosps can be added in this pop-up if there are none associated with the patient by clicking Edit Patient

  • Printer Icon

    Use to download/print records

    Use the check boxes in the pop-up window to easily select which documents to include in the full record download. There is a Visit tab to view records by visit and a Patient tab to view records by type (Certificates, Documents, Invoices).

  • Label Icon

    Use to print a patient’s label. A label will be generated and open in a new (print preview) window.
