You can schedule and complete laboratory treatments like any other treatment in Instinct. Point-of-care specific treatments display a diagnostics icon on both the Order tab and line item on the TX screen as shown below:
Clicking View Results for each completed laboratory treatment opens the corresponding laboratory results chart document on the right side.
Laboratory Treatments – Chart Screen
When a laboratory treatment is completed, a new Diagnostic Chart document is automatically created for the current visit.
The status of the Chart document will either say Pending if results are not yet completed, or Complete if results are returned visible in real time.
