Refilling Prescriptions

To refill a prescription, click the “Refill & Print Direct Label” as shown below to print another label for the next refill.

Once selected, you can edit or clear the expiration date before generating the PDF label.

Please keep in mind that in order to refill a prescription, the patient must have an active prescription and additional available refills.

If the patient is checked out: a new Standalone Invoice is created with the prescription line item or the prescription line item is placed on the most recent open Invoice:
