The Vitals Board can be accessed from a patient’s visit and is located to the right of the Tx Sheet tab. You can also get to the Vitals Board from the Status Board using the 3 dot patient menu to the left of the patient’s name.
Since the Vitals Board lists all products that are set-up as a Vitals, you can either search for a particular vital using the search bar in the upper left corner or toggle on the ‘Only Show Active’ toggle in the upper right corner to see Vitals that have at least one recording.
Hovering over any recorded result will produce a tooltip displaying when the vital was recorded and any notes that were provided.
For patients who have been hospitalized for a while, you can look back at the trend of a particular vital by hovering in the orange space to display a double ended arrow. Holding the left click of your mouse, slide your mouse right or left to move the trend line forward or backward.
📓 Please Note: Vitals in Instinct have been reviewed by a group of specialists, but can be customized by your Administrators. Please have your Administrators utilize our Support Ticketing System to create a ticket to add/edit a Vital.
