The Vitals Board can be accessed from a patient’s visit and is located to the right of the Tx Sheet tab. You can also access the Vitals Board from the Status Board by using the three-dot menu to the left of the patient’s name.
Since the Vitals Board lists all products set up as Vitals, you can either:
Use the search bar in the upper-left corner to find a specific vital, or
Toggle on “Only Show Active” in the upper-right corner to display Vitals that have at least one recorded entry.
Hovering over any recorded result will display a tooltip showing when the vital was recorded and any notes that were provided.
For patients who have been hospitalized for an extended period, you can review the trend of a particular vital by hovering over the orange space to reveal a double-ended arrow. Click and hold the left mouse button, then drag right or left to move the trend line forward or backward.
