To adjust this, first log out to get back to the lock screen. Then find the name of your practice above the Instinct logo. Click on that name to open a drop-down list where you can choose the correct practice. Your Status Boards will now default to patients from that practice.
In the future, please make sure you are logging in to the correct location on Instinct.
