Chart File Blocks allow you to upload and organize images and insert Plumb’s drug handouts directly into the Chart document.
To add a file or handout to an existing Chart File Block:
Click Upload File to add supported files.
Click Attach Handout to insert a Plumb’s drug handout.
If a Chart does not already have a File Block, click the Add icon at the bottom of the Chart. This will create a new File Block at the bottom of the document, ready for uploading files or attaching Plumb’s drug handouts.
Rearranging File Blocks:
File Blocks can be moved within the Chart using drag-and-drop to adjust their position.File Block Options:
Click the three-dot menu next to a File Block to access the following options (unless the block is marked as Required in Chart Admin):Preview File: View the uploaded file directly in Instinct.
Download File: Save a copy of the uploaded file to your device.
Remove File: Delete the uploaded file, returning the File Block to an empty state.
Delete Block: Remove the entire File Block from the Chart.
If a File Block is marked as Required in Chart Admin (indicated by an asterisk *), the Delete Block option is unavailable.
Plumb’s Handout PDFs and other uploaded PDFs are added as separate pages at the end of the Chart.
