To Disable Auto-Printing of Prescription Labels
Navigate to the Admin section.
Under Products, search for the medication or product that you would like to disable auto-print.
Click on the product name to open the editing module.
Under the Advanced Ordering section, switch the toggle next to Auto-Print Rx Label to the OFF position.
Click Save.
If multiple products need Auto-Print disabled, utilize the Bulk Editing tool in the Product section of Admin.
Select multiple products by placing a checkmark in the boxes next to the PIMS ID.
Click on Edit at the top of the Product screen. This will open the Bulk Edit module.
Under Advanced Ordering, switch the toggle next to Auto-Print Rx Label to the off position.
Click Save to disable this function for all the selected products.
Prescriptions with auto-printing disabled can still be printed at any time by selecting Print Direct Label from the 3-dot menu on the prescription.
