Ways to share your portal link
Your practice portal URL ([practice-name].portal.instinctvet.com) can be shared in several ways:
Discharge instructions, snippets, or comm logs — copy the URL from Admin → Pet Owner Portal → Settings using the copy icon and paste it into any client-facing message.
Automations — add the portal URL to automated messages triggered by appointments or visits.
Email signature — include the link in staff email signatures so it appears on every outbound message.
Website — add a "Client Portal" link to your practice website.
Waiting room or exam room signage — display the URL on a sign at the front desk, in exam rooms, or in the waiting area. Instinct provides sample Canva templates you can copy, customize, and brand.

Can I embed the portal link in automated reminder messages?
Yes. Copy the URL from Admin → Pet Owner Portal → Settings and paste it into any automation that sends client-facing messages.
Why can't I see the Pet Owner Portal settings?
If your user role in Instinct does not have the admin_manage_pet_owner_portal permission, you will not see the settings in Admin. Contact your practice admin for assistance.
