Set Up Physical Signage to Promote the Pet Owner Portal

Where to display signage

Place portal signage in the following locations to maximize client visibility:

  • Waiting room

  • Exam rooms

  • Front desk and checkout counter

Customize and download the Canva templates

Instinct provides ready-made signage templates in Canva. You'll need a free Canva account to access and edit them.

  1. Open the Canva template links provided below by signage type.

  2. Select Use template to make your own copy — do not edit the original.

  3. Click the QR code placeholder in the template. Select Update Code, then enter your practice's portal URL to generate a new QR code.

  4. Update any placeholder text (practice name, URL display text) with your practice's information.

  5. Add your logo or adjust colors to match your branding, if desired.

  6. Select Share → Download to save the file for printing.

Note: A free Canva account is sufficient to edit and download these templates. You do not need a paid plan.

Available signage templates

The following template formats are available. Contact your Instinct Customer Success team for the current Canva links.

  1. Vertical signage — Detailed: Includes portal feature highlights and a QR code. Recommended for waiting rooms and exam rooms.

  2. Vertical signage — Simple: Streamlined layout with QR code. Good for exam rooms or anywhere space is limited.

  3. Horizontal signage — Detailed: Landscape format with feature highlights and QR code. Suitable for checkout counters and display stands.
