Instinct works well on any newer device that has a Chrome Browser, and we recommend a minimum screen size of 12 to reduce eye strain. A device with an external keyboard is recommended to reduce typing or input errors.
The Practice ID and password are contained within the Instinct token file, which one of your hospital administrators or IT team can provide for you. They can request this file if needed by e-mailing [email protected].
Depending on your tablet functions, you may be able to drag + drop the Instinct token file directly into the browser window to automatically capture the token credentials.
