3-Dot Menu
The 3-dot menu to the left of any patient's chart document shows different options for viewing, duplicating, printing, toggling rVet sharing on, as well as voiding the document.
Finding Voided Documents
If a chart document is voided from a patient's chart in error, or needs to be retrieved, this can be easily done.
Select the Filters button in the upper right hand corner of the patient's chart screen. Toggle the "Hide Voided" toggle so that it is in the off position. By doing this, any voided chart documents will now be visible under the patient's chart.
The voided chart document will have the status "Voided" and will be greyed out, but still available to view if selected:
Unvoiding a Chart Document
A chart document can be "unvoided", and will show up in the patient's chart without changing filters, by selecting one of two options:
Via the 3 dot menu next to the voided chart document. Select "Unvoid".
Opening the chart document. Select the 3 dot menu in the bottom right corner and "Unvoid".
