Purpose
Easily determine which clients and patients are overdue for vaccines or services, so that your CSRs can send them additional communications and reminders if needed.
Dashboard is broken out into Overdue and Upcoming vaccine and service reminders. Each tab has a headline section with KPI’s for top level counts of accounts and patients with overdue or upcoming reminders, total reminders and median days until overdue/due. There is also a Breakdown section which contains cards displaying the top overdue/due reminders by service and products. Finally, the Details section will contain all reminders captured by the set filters.

Filter by species, reminder label, and reminder type to determine if there are themes/patterns to overdue vaccines/services for your practice
Filter by reminder date for when reminders are due to get to the patients you care most about. This automatically defaults to the previous 12 months for the overdue tab and defaults to the next 3 months for the upcoming tab. Reminders that are due today will display in the upcoming tab.
FAQs
Only vaccines/products that have active reminders at the time the report is run will return as results.
Each vaccine/product will display on its own row, so patients with multiple upcoming or overdue items will have multiple rows of results.
Deceased patient names and IDs will still be available to select in the filters, but selecting them will return no results.
Export Data
To export data, hover over the top-right corner of any visualization or table to display a 3-dot menu allowing you to download the results.
You can download visuals as PNG, CSV, XLSX, or JSON files. Tables can be downloaded in CSV, XLSX, or JSON formats.
In addition to the previously mentioned options, you can also export the entirety of the current tab’s contents into a PDF file. This functionality allows for convenient sharing and printing of the data in a widely compatible format.
