The Overdue Vaccine and Service Reminders dashboard makes it easy to identify which clients and patients are overdue for vaccines or services, so that your team can follow up with targeted communications and reminders. This dashboard also highlights which patients have upcoming vaccines or services, giving your team the opportunity to be proactive and keep clients engaged.

When exactly are reminders due?
The Overdue Tab defaults to the previous 12 months.
The Upcoming Tab defaults to the next 3 months, with reminders due today included.
Staff with the permission of analytics_dashboard_overdue_vaccine_and_service_reminders assigned to a role will have access to this dashboard in Analytics.

The Overdue Vaccine and Service Reminders dashboard consists of 2 main tabs – Overdue and Upcoming. Each tab is further broken down into 3 main sections:
Headline: Displays top-level counts of accounts and patients with overdue or upcoming reminders, total number of reminders, and the median days they are overdue or due.
Breakdown: Highlights the top overdue or upcoming reminders by service and product, making it easy to see where the highest volumes lie.
Detail Section: Provides a full list of all reminders captured by the applied filters giving you a comprehensive view down to the patient and account level. Keep in mind that each vaccine or service reminder displays on its own row, so patients with multiple upcoming or overdue items will appear multiple times.
