Once a lab request has been submitted, you can void the request from either the 3-dot menu or the chart side panel.
Important: For Moichor Labs, you must contact Moichor directly to cancel the requisition.
Remember to update the patient’s Treatment Sheet and Invoice to reflect the cancelled order.
