Once a lab request has been submitted, you can void the request from either the 3-dot menu or the chart side panel.
Zoetis Reference Labs: Users must contact Zoetis directly to cancel the requisition.
Zoetis POC via FUSE and HUB: Cancelling the order will update the chart document to To Review, and the resulting PDF will indicate that the order was cancelled.
Remember to update the patient’s Treatment Sheet and Invoice to reflect the cancelled order.
