Once the lab request has been submitted, you may Void the request from either the 3-dot menu or within the chart side panel. For Zoetis Reference Labs, users must contact Zoetis directly to cancel the requisition. When cancelling an order for Zoetis POC via FUSE and HUB, the chart document will be updated to To Review, but the resulting PDF will indicate that the order was cancelled. Don’t forget to update the patient’s treatment sheet and invoice for the cancelled order.
