Once the lab request has been submitted, you may void the request from either the 3-dot menu or within the chart side panel. For Vetek Labs labs, users must contact Vetek Labs directly to cancel the requisition. Don’t forget to update the patient’s treatment sheet and invoice for the cancelled order.
