If you added an rHosp in error, you can delete their profile using the 3-dot menu in the top right of their profile page.
Deleting an rHosp profile is permanent and cannot be reversed. The rHosp’s email address will no longer allow them to sign in to the Shareville Portal or receive check in/out notifications.
You also have the ability to merge any duplicate rHosps.

🔒 Admin Permissions
Users will need to have the business_office_manage_referrers permission added to a role in order to edit an existing rHosp’s contact details or add a new rHosp to your Instinct database.
Users without the business_office_manage_referrers permission are still able to search and add an rHosp to the patient’s account, but will not be able to edit an existing rHosp’s contact details or add a new rHosp to your Instinct database.
