You can conveniently update the diagnostic Status and communicate its progress in the reviewing process using the built-in communication tools in the 3-dot menu.
When all of the diagnostic results are received and are awaiting user action to be reviewed, the diagnostic status will update To Review.
Once results have been reviewed, the status can be updated To Share indicating that the results can be shared with the owner or rVet.
Toggle rVet Sharing On enables the results to be shared on Shareville.
Open the Comm Log panel with the patient pre-selected to log your conversation with the owner.
When the results have been received, reviewed, and the owner notified, the status can be updated to Complete.
Create Task allows you to efficiently create a follow up task for the patient.
You can also utilize the 3-dot menu next to the lab or imaging report in the Patient’s Charts page to move it through the review workflow.
