Use the Diagnostics Dashboard to track diagnostic progress, update statuses, and communicate results using the actions in the 3-dot menu.
Review and Share Results
When all diagnostic results are received and require review, the status automatically updates to To Review.
After a clinician reviews the results, update the status to To Share to indicate the results are ready to be shared.
Communicate Results
Toggle rVet Sharing On to share results with the referring veterinarian via Shareville.
Open Comm Log to document conversations with the owner. The patient is automatically pre-selected.
Create Task to assign follow-up actions related to the diagnostic results.
Complete the Workflow
Once results are received, reviewed, and the owner has been notified, update the status to Complete.

You can also move diagnostics through this workflow using the 3-dot menu next to a lab or imaging report in the patient’s Chart.
