Only Charts and uploaded Documents are able to go to Shareville at this time, and you control which document templates are eligible for sharing. Only documents that are toggled ON for rVet Sharing can be shared (including In Progress documents). Documents with a ‘To Sign’ status will be shared, regardless if it is signed or not.
Documents that are being uploaded can be added to the rVet portal by toggling rVet Sharing to the ON position.
To check if a document is being shared to the rVet portal, simply look for the checkmark under the rVet column.
Or you can toggle rVet Sharing on/off via the 3-dot menu.
You can also click View to open the document details in the right hand panel, and you can view the status of rVet Sharing at the bottom.
Admins can set Chart Templates to share automatically in the Charts Admin as shown below:
Available means this document won’t send to the rVet portal automatically, but users will be able to turn on sharing once this document is completed for a patient.
Automatically On means that this document will automatically go to the rVet portal when completed, though this can still be turned off at the patient and document level.
Never Allow means there will be no option to share this document in the portal for any patient.
