Cost of Goods Sold tracks the cost associated with products being used by various activities (treatments, etc.) within a Practice.
🎓 Cost of Goods Sold is calculated by converting a Product’s QOH to its buying unit and multiplying by its buying cost.
Graphs and Charts can be filtered to show:

Priority
There are two main screens within Cost of Goods Sold; Summary and Details.
Summary
The summary screen displays the following graphs and charts:
Total Cost of Goods Sold: The cost of Goods Sold across all selected Practice locations.
Daily Cost of Goods Sold by Priority
Cost of Goods Sold by Priority
Daily Cost of Goods Sold by Location
Cost of Goods Sold by Location
Daily Cost of Goods Sold by Inventory Tag
Using the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of any of the graphs, charts, or Inventory List will allow you to download results in .csv, .xlsx, .json, or .png file format.
Hovering over any portion of the chart or graph will produce a tool tip that will either further break the chart down and show what each portion represents or will display the specific value on the graph including the date.
Details
The Details screen displays the following:

Each column in the Cost of Goods Sold List has a carrot symbol (🔼) that you can use to sort the column in ascending or descending order. In the lower right hand corner, you will have the ability to advance the page and see more rows of products.
