Test codes need to be added to your clinic's ANTECH Favorites so they can be submitted through Instinct. After a code is Favorited, Instinct will need to update your clinic’s DOS (Directory of Services) so the newly added code can be submitted through Instinct.
Add a test code to ANTECH's Favorites list
Open ANTECH and go to the Clinics Antech Online Account → click Test Guide.
Click Can't find test codes? (top right of the Test Guide page).
In the Find Test Code box, enter the code that is to be favorited, then click Search.
Once the code appears in the results, click the star icon next to it to highlight it and add it to favorites.
A "Please Note" prompt will appear confirming the action — click Close (do not click Begin Lab Order unless you intend to place an order).
Request a DOS (Directory of Services) update from Instinct Support
After saving the test code to your ANTECH favorites, contact Instinct Support so we can update your clinic's DOS (Directory of Services) on our end. The test won't be submittable through Instinct until this step is complete.
Reach out to the support team by emailing [email protected] or by selecting Help in Instinct → Support Chat, then select Ask a question. Please let the team know that the ANTECH DOS needs to be updated and whether any test codes need to be mapped on our end.
How to verify the code was added to ANTECH’s Favorites list
In the Test Guide, click the Favorites filter at the top of the page.
Click the Filter Code field and search for the code you just added.
Confirm the code appears in the filtered results with a highlighted star.

Why can't I submit the test after adding it to ANTECH’s Favorites list?

What's the difference between Close and Begin Lab Order?
Click Close to save the code to Favorites without placing an order. Begin Lab Order will create an active lab order—only use this if you’d like to submit the test via Antech’s portal and not in Instinct.
