How do I request access to an integration not listed in the Integrations section of Admin in Instinct EMR?
This must be requested by an Instinct admin. Navigate to Help in the lower left corner of Instinct, then select Support Chat → Ask a question → Submit a ticket → EMR Integrations → API Access.
Can I request an integration that isn't listed?
Yes. Reach out to [email protected]. Instinct also has a Partner API for customers and third-party platforms to develop their own integrations — see docs.instinctvet.com for details.
How do I set up an integration in Instinct EMR?
Integration setup steps vary by partner. Navigate to Admin → Practice → Integrations in Instinct EMR to check on the status of an integration for your practice.
