Your Onboarding Manager must provide you with a token file. Do not rename or modify this file.
Your Onboarding Manager must provide you with a PIN to log in.
The Purractice Environment is shared with other practices. Do not enter personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.
Warning:
This environment is for practice only. Chart templates, product groups, and estimate templates created here cannot be imported into your production application.
Access to the Purractice Environment is removed one week before your go-live date. Once your production application is ready, your team should switch to using it — it will need to be installed on all computers. See the Installing Instinct Guide for setup instructions.
Log in to the Purractice Environment
Follow these steps to access the Purractice Environment using the token file your Onboarding Manager provided.
Download the token file your Onboarding Manager shared with you. Do not rename or modify the file.
Save the token file to a dedicated folder on your device. Do not delete this file — you will need it each time you log in.
Open a browser and go to https://app.instinctvet.cloud.
Drag and drop the token file onto the sign in screen. This clears the practice ID and password fields.
Enter your PIN and log in to begin exploring.

Allow required URLs on your network
To make sure Instinct works as expected, ask your IT team to allowlist the following URLs on your network:

Frequently asked questions
Can I access the Purractice Environment after my practice goes live?
No. Access is removed one week before your go-live date. After that, your team should use your production application.
Can I import templates I built in the Purractice Environment into my production application?
No. Chart templates, product groups, and estimate templates created in the Purractice Environment cannot be transferred to production.
I lost my token file. What do I do?
Reach out to your Onboarding Manager to receive a new token file.
Do I need to install anything to use the Purractice Environment?
No installation is required. The Purractice Environment is accessible from any browser at https://app.instinctvet.cloud using your token file and PIN.
