Log In to the Pet Owner Portal

The Pet Owner Portal uses a link sent to your email to log in—there's no password to create or remember. This article walks you through how to log in for the first time and on return visits.

Before you begin

  • You need an email address on file with your veterinary practice. If you're unsure whether one is on file, contact your practice before starting.

  • Access the portal from any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer—no app download needed.

How to log in

Each time you log in, a new link is sent to your email. The steps are the same for first-time and returning users.

  1. Open the portal URL provided by your veterinary practice in a web browser.

  2. Enter the email address on file with your practice and submit the form.

  3. Open your email inbox and look for a message with your sign in link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.

  4. Click the link in the email. You'll be taken directly into the portal.

Tip: If your link has expired, return to the portal URL and request a new one.

Frequently asked questions

I didn't receive a link by email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, confirm with your veterinary practice that the email address you entered matches what's on file for your account.

Can I stay logged in between visits?

Session behavior may vary by browser and device. If you've been logged out, simply request a new link from the portal sign in page.

My email address isn't on file with my practice. How do I add it?

Contact your veterinary practice and ask them to add your email to your account. Once added, you can log in using the same process above.
