Before you begin
The Ellie Diagnostics integration must already be activated. See Ellie Diagnostics Integration: Overview and Setup if you have not yet done this.
Integration products from different integration sources cannot be mapped together on a single product. Create a separate product per integration source (for example, one product for MicroVet and a separate product for Ellie).
Map an Ellie Diagnostic product
Go to Admin → Practice → Integrations and select Manage Services for Ellie diagnostics.
Click on the services to enable them.
Click on +Add and select the appropriate test.
Map multiple test codes to one product
If a single order should trigger multiple Ellie diagnostic tests, you can add more than one integration product to the same Instinct product.
Open the manage services option as described above.
After selecting the first Ellie diagnostic test, continue selecting additional tests from the
+Add.
When a product with multiple test codes is ordered and completed, the requisition form will include all mapped test codes, and all results will consolidate into a single PDF.
Unmap a product
To remove an Ellie Diagnostic mapping, open the manage services option and click the ✕ icon to the right of the mapped product.
