Instinct is designed to show treatment sheets in a full 24-hour view. If you are only seeing a limited view of the treatment sheet or prefer to zoom in/out, please follow the steps below or contact your IT team as this is likely a resolution issue on the computer.
If you’re using a Windows computer, you can press the ‘alt’ key on your keyboard to display the menu bar at the top of Instinct and click ‘view’ to zoom in or out. Alternatively, you can hold down ‘SHIFT, CTRL, +‘ on your keyboard to zoom in or ‘CTRL, –‘ to zoom out.
You can also try adjusting the size/resolution by opening the Control Panel > Display > Scale and Layout:
If you’re using a Mac computer, you can select ‘View’ to adjust the zoom (shortcuts ‘command +‘ and ‘command –‘:
