How To | Submit Requests/Tickets

You can now create tickets through Instinct support chat, making it easier to track vital requests, lab mapping and more!

Instinct support chat allows users to create tickets at their convenience! Easily submit and check the status of your tickets 24 hours a day in the Instinct 💬 Support Chat! These tickets get routed through a dedicated team and your turnaround time can be a lot faster than submitting to us via email.

Create a ticket

Open up a new message in support chat (hand icon in the lower left corner of the navy sidebar):

Select the "Submit Request" option:

Once you select the "Submit a Request" option, you can navigate by selecting the appropriate category for your ticket request type:

There is a slight delay between each prompt, so don't be too speedy! 😁

Make sure to select "Create Ticket" once you've chosen your ticket type!

For Vitals Request, feel free to submit multiple Vitals in a single ticket.

To check the status or view a list of your submitted tickets, all you need to do is click

on Tickets 🎫 located at the bottom of the Chat window.

Types of tickets available

  • New Ax Mode Procedure (requires an admin to submit)

  • New Master Problem List Addition (requires an admin to submit)

  • New Feature Idea

  • Asteris Product Mapping

  • Lab Product Mapping

  • New Vital (requires an admin to submit)

  • "Who Did What" (requires an admin to submit).

    • Types of "Who did what" options are listed below:

      • Who checked in/out or created a visit

      • Who modified a visit

      • Who created or uploaded a chart document

      • Who created a referring vet

      • Who changed a user's role or permissions

      • Who generated an analytic report

  • Update Existing Products or Users (requires an admin to submit)

    • Examples:

      • Controlled Drug Flagging

      • Linking products to Plumb's

      • Alias charges

      • Adding a whiteboard user

  • Data Export (requires an admin to submit)

  • Company/Hospital Updates (requires an admin to submit)

  • Research/Report Request (requires an admin to submit)

  • Analytics Email Distribution List (requires an admin to submit)
