🙋 Users
All of your Instinct EMR users will appear automatically on the Stockroom Users page. To be granted access to Stockroom, users must have the EMR permission admin_products.
There are 2 Stockroom access levels:
Practice Admin – These users can access all Stockroom functionality, including managing products, suppliers, manufacturers, users, and viewing Analytics.
Stockroom User – These users can view inventory, create stock through purchase orders, and update cycle counts.
Stockroom users can be assigned one of 3 roles:
No Stockroom Access
Stockroom User – Access to Local Inventory, Purchase Orders, and Cycle Counts
Practice Admin – Access as Stockroom User, plus access to Analytics and Admin section
Changing a user’s setting can be done by selecting the intended setting under the Access column.
