Actions in Instinct
What if I update the Frequency or Start time of the order?
All orders already sent to the cabinet will be canceled/removed

What if I NC a treatment for any reason?
All orders already sent to the cabinet will be canceled/removed
Will prescriptions from the RX modal be sent to the cabinet?
Not yet. That functionality is coming soon though!
Will orders via One-Off modal be sent to the cabinet?
No, only scheduled orders will communicate to the cabinet. Items added as a One-Off will need to be manually searched and issued at the cabinet.
Actions at the Cubex cabinet
I don’t see Instinct orders available at the cabinet?
I can see Instinct orders but I can’t remove additional items; the ‘Add Items’ button is grayed out?
Verify your Cubex user profile has permission for ‘Profile Overrides’
What if I need a different Quantity and change it before I issue the item?
The new quantity will be sent back to the quantity field on the completion screen for that one treatment
What if I Skip an item at the cabinet?
Nothing will change; the order will remain available at the cabinet, as usual
What if I return an Item to the Cabinet after I’ve completed the treatment in Instinct?
Cubex will not send an update to Instinct. You will still need to update the Instinct medical record, as you normally would; edit the treatment to NC and indicate why in the notes which will also remove it from the invoice
If I remove an item from the Cubex cabinet that wasn’t scheduled, will Cubex send that back to Instinct?
Items removed from Cubex without an Instinct order will NOT write back to Instinct yet...
Admin: Products & Users
Do I have to enter new products and users into both systems?
Yes, you will have to manually add new products and users to both Instinct and MyCubex. Best practice is to use the same product ID and username in both systems
Do Product and User IDs have to match?
It is not required that Products IDs match however, it is best practice that they do for ease of management and troubleshooting. It may become required for user IDs to match for the next phase of integration capabilities.
