Instructions to help users securely access the Instinct platform, including account requirements and basic sign-in steps. Kindly follow the steps below:

- Don’t know your PIN? Please contact your hospital administrator.
- If you don't know your practice's whiteboard PIN, contact your hospital administrator or Instinct Support via live chat or email <a href="mailto:support@instinct.vet" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">support@instinct.vet</a>.
- Instinct will log out after 5 minutes of inactivity. Use Ctrl+Space as a shortcut for logging out.
