Under the Referrers tab in the Business Office, search for the referring hospital (rHosp) or add a new rHosp entry. In order to enable Shareville, you can enter the e-mail address for the rHosp which will be their username login for the portal. The orange bird icon next to the e-mail indicates that this is the e-mail they will use for receiving notifications and entering as their username in the portal. By toggling on the Shareville Notifications toggle, they are able to use the portal:
The e-mail for an rHosp can be edited by clicking on the 3 dot menu next to the Shareville Notifications toggle and selecting "Edit". Here you can change rHosp information and select the Shareville icon next to the e-mail the rHosp will use for login:
Please note for practices that have multiple locations, each practice may only have 1 designated Shareville address and e-mail/username must be unique for each practice location.
