🚨 Important: Only unenrolled products may be grouped, so it is important to set these up prior to enrolling your products.
Group Products– Create a group of products with an alias so that individual products in Instinct EMR can all pull from a single inventory pool.
To create a Group Product, select the icon next to the search bar.
Within the edit modal you can name your group and add individual products to that group using the search bar. All products are required to have the same Formulation Unit!
Once products are added, you can then either create the group, or create the group and enroll.
Ungroup – If needed, you can easily Ungroup the Product using the 3-dot menu.
💡ProTip: A Group Product is a collection of products that are all sourced from the same inventory product. For example, IH Cerenia 16mg and RX Cerenia 16mg all pull inventory from the Group Product of Cerenia 16mg.
