Group Products
Create a group of products with an alias so that individual products in Instinct EMR can all pull from a single inventory pool.
To create a Group Product:
Select the icon next to the search bar.
In the edit modal, name your group and add individual products using the search bar. All products must have the same Formulation Unit.
Once all products are added, choose to either Create Group or Create Group and Enroll.
Important: Only unenrolled products may be grouped, so it is essential to set these up prior to enrolling your products.
Ungroup – If needed, you can easily Ungroup the Product using the 3-dot menu.
Pro Tip: A Group Product is a collection of products that all draw from the same inventory item. For example, IH Cerenia 16mg and RX Cerenia 16mg both pull inventory from the Group Product Cerenia 16mg.
