Catalog
The Catalog displays a product list that comes from your Instinct EMR, which can be found in the admin section of Instinct Stockroom. These products can be viewed 3 different ways:
All Products – Lists all products that are enrolled and unenrolled
Unenrolled – Products that are currently not being tracked in Stockroom
Enrolled – All products that are being tracked and managed within Stockroom
⚡Important Note: Product Groups will have to be made PRIOR to enrolling any products! Please see product group section below.
Each view allows administrators to see and edit all product information and includes:

Inventory Tags^
Manufacturer^
Buying Units^
Selling Units^
Buying Cost^
Fixed Price^
Non Billable^
Markup^
Selling Price^
Dispensing Fee^
Location^
Priority Flags^
QOH (quality on hand) MIN^
QOH (quality on hand0 MAX^

The Product Catalog also has tools to make it easier for you to find and edit products.
Search Bar – Can be used to search for a particular product or group of products
3-Dot Menu – If the product is already enrolled then an edit button will show. If the product is not enrolled, you will have the options to edit or enroll.
If a product is currently enrolled, all information for the product will be displayed and you can customize and edit the product.

If a product is not enrolled, information available will be limited to the Buying Cost, Buying Unit, Selling Price, Minimum Price, Maximum Price, Dispensing Fee, and Markup. You will have the ability to enroll the product from this screen.
Bulk Edit – Allows you to edit multiple items at the same time by selecting the checkbox next to the products you would like to edit. Once products are selected, click on the Bulk Edit at the top of the page.
You will be able to bulk edit the following:
Enroll Products
Add a Manufacturer
Perform Price Increases
Perform Markup Increases
Add Priority Flags
Edit the QOH MIN and MAX amounts
Apply Inventory tags
