Update Product Prices Individually or in Bulk

In Instinct EMR, you can update product prices individually for quick, one-off changes or in bulk when adjusting pricing across many products at once. This article covers both methods.

Written by Melissa Duarte

Update a single product's price

  1. Go to Admin → Inventory → Products.

  2. Search for the product by name or PIMS ID and select it to open up the setup window.

  3. In the product setup window, locate the price field(s) you'd like to edit and enter the new price(s).

  4. Click Save.

Use this method for quick updates to a small number of products.

Update multiple product prices in bulk

For larger or percentage-based pricing changes, Instinct's support team can help. This is the recommended method whenever you're changing numerous items to reduce manual entry errors.

  1. In Instinct, open a chat to submit a ticket to our support team. Click the Help icon from the top navigation bar and select Support chat.

  2. Select Ask a question → Submit a Ticket → Everything Else → Bulk Price Increase.

  3. Enter your information along with details on how you'd like to share your new prices with us and the types of products you're planning on adjusting. You can also enter a preferred date of completion (minimum of 5 business days from your ticket submission date).

We will provide you with an export of all current pricing, with blank columns for you to input new pricing.

Note: Reach out to [email protected] if you'd like to submit this request via email.
