Permissions
To give additional roles or users access to dashboards, update their permissions to include the specific analytics_dashboard they should be able to view. Each dashboard has its own separate permission that must be enabled individually.
When you click Analytics in the left-side navigation panel, three sections will appear: Reports, Dashboards and Batch Statements.
Dashboards
Navigate to the Dashboards section to view the full list of available dashboards. Dashboards can be filtered and the available data can be downloaded.

How to Run a Report
After selecting a dashboard, use the appropriate tab/view and filters at the top of each dashboard to customize the data.
Available filters may include timeframes, providers, services, or other variables depending on the dashboard.
Popular Dashboards:
For tracking surgical procedures or product usage over several months, use the Product Usage Dashboard. This dashboard has Product Usage, Product Catalog and Product Price Changes tabs to drill-in to specific product data.
For weekly patient follow-ups, the Visits Overview Dashboard is ideal. This dashboard is designed to generate weekly lists of patients who underwent certain procedures, supporting follow-up activities and data review. This dashboard has a Summary and Details tab.
These workflows make it easy to identify patterns, focus on relevant data, and streamline reporting.
Note: Filters are case-sensitive, so be sure to enter text exactly as it appears. If no data is displayed, double-check your filter criteria or selected timeframe.
Once the data appears, hover over any visualization to view full details, including text, counts, and percentages for the displayed data.
To export data, hover over the top-right corner of any visualization or table. Click the three-dot menu that appears to download the results.
Additionally, you can export the entire contents of the current tab as a PDF, making it easy to share or print the data in a widely compatible format.
Key Tips
Dashboards do not update in real time; data refreshes approximately every 24 hours.
Use the date and time selectors to focus on specific periods.
All date ranges and times in Analytics dashboards are displayed in your local time.
Results may take up to 15 seconds to load. If loading takes longer than expected, report the issue via chat support or email [email protected].
